    Current Assignment: Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow Campus, Lucknow, U.P., India as Assistant Professor (English) in Amity School of Communication Enhancement and Transformation (ASCENT) since 1st July 2013. Job profile includes- • Training and mentoring students of various professional courses for job placement with special emphasis on the English language (ESP), communication and soft skills. • Counselling students for their professional and personal development and responsible for improving their Employability Skills by enhancing proficiency in English (EGP) and building content and knowledge base. • Conducting skill-building workshops and prepare students for campus placement. • Working in Language Lab for improving the communication of the students. • Conducting in-house English Teachers Training Programme • Organizing events by training students for various responsibilities especially anchoring. Conducting special classes to improve their English as a second language (ESL). • Designing & Conducting Faculty Development Program (FDP) for teachers of English and need-based training programs (MDP) for corporate communication. • Active involvement in various activities as member of Administrative, Cultural, Event, and Examination organizing Committees. • Content writing for the University website and various documentaries. • Recipient of US Federal Scholarship of $8500 to attend Critical Thinking Skills for International English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Classrooms Exchange Program August 4 – 19, 2018. 25 Teachers and Teacher Trainers from 11countries attended this program at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, USA. The program was sponsored by the U. S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Office of English Language Programs and implemented with FHI 360. • IELTS Examiner status in Speaking and Writing since April 2016 • Twice Winner of E-teacher Scholarship provided by the U.S. Department of State (DOS)to participate in 10 weeks online course from the American English Institute in the Linguistics Department at the University of Oregon (UO AEI): (i) “English for Specific Purposes, Aligning Context with Practices and Materials (ESP)” (April-June 2014). Successfully completed with 92% marks. (ii) “Building Teaching Skills through the Interactive Web" (Web Skills) (October-December 2012). Successfully completed with 96.4% marks.
