I have worked in education and special education as a teacher and researcher for 4 decades. I founded my business to help teenagers and young adults of all abilities access college. I also love to travel, tap dance, hike, ski, and most of all- hang out with my adult sons and their wives.

I have a BS, M.Ed, and PhD in Education and Special Education Policy and Research. I've been on research faculty at the University of Washington and was Senior Education Researcher at SRI International in Menlo Park, CA. As an early adapter of remote working and communications, I telecommuted from Seattle to SRI from 1999-2011.
