    More About Me

I am the co-director of the MSc Occupational Psychology. My teaching, research and practice focuses on work and business psychology and teaching and learning research. I also teach statistics and research methods. I am a Principal Practitioner member of the Association for Business Psychology (ABP), a Chartered Psychologist member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and an Associate Professor. I am also a member of the Psychological Sciences Research Group (PSRG). I specialise in organisational psychology, focusing on the enablers of positive organisations which promote positive psychological experiences such as creativity, growth, confidence, optimism and well-being. I am particularly interested in the factors that can enable individuals to flourish in organisations, and help teams and organisations foster cultures that promote personal and professional growth. My research and practice centres around enhancing psychological capital, in particular promoting higher levels of self-efficacy.
