An educator with over 33 years of experience, I retired as the Principal of Birla High School-Mukundapur on 31st March 2025 and currently serve as the Head – Innovations & Skills for three schools under the Vidya Mandir Society. My passion lies in transforming Mathematics education through non-conventional pedagogy and seamless technology integration, making learning both engaging and meaningful. I have also authored graded Maths Books for Classes I to V both for CBSE and ICSE board published by Pearson A firm believer in preparing students for the future, I have spearheaded several innovative initiatives, including the conceptualization and establishment of the Da Vinci Innovation Lab—a dynamic space that fosters curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning through AI, robotics, coding, and design thinking. Recipient of multiple national and international accolades—including the Intel Best Teacher Award, Pearson-NDTV Excellence in Mathematics, and the National Principal Award—I remain a lifelong learner, always eager to read, explore, and attend workshops that empower my journey as an educator and change-maker.
