Wellness is a huge passion of mine and over the past 3 years I have been working on balancing being a professional as well as a mom, and taking care of my own wellness. I have learned many tools and strategies that have gotten me to a place in my life where I feel as though I can teach these practices. I am currently helping people all over work in their own personal growth and development using wellness as the foundation.
