Innovation in blended learning opportunities for greater collaboration amongst teachers, providing new ways to develop teaching expertise across areas such as study design, teaching practice, differentiation and thereby realising opportunities to relieve ever increasing workload due to overcrowded curriculum and compliance requirements, which is cruelly and unnecessarily driving many out of profession.
