    Title / Role

    Associate Librarian, Library Services Delivery

Subject(s) I Teach or Learning Interest Area

The impact of the current pandemic has been to accelerate remote teaching and learning activities within our institution. As a library service we need to accelerate our digital/virtual service offering. So I'm interested in viewing the mini-conference presentations to get a better sense of some of the challenges facing our educators and students. I'm hoping to pick up some tips that we can incorporate into our planning of online service interfaces and virtual reference desk services.
