I taught for 20 years--all age groups at least as a substitute teacher. Developmental English/Writing was my main subject--10 years at two colleges and five years were full-time. I wrote and copyrighted a textbook for my course. ESOL was another major course that I taught--mainly to Spanish & Vietnamese--all levels.

Personal Interests and Passions

I am a Ru (Confucian), who belongs to a couple of active Facebook groups. I've organized bus field trips with lunch for all 5 bus routes in Tyler between 2014-2017 with ETCIL. Fareed Zakaria is my hero.
