I'm currently a freelancer in instructional design and edtech while I do my PhD research in online learning. I'm also very involved in global Internet Governance, as a member of ICANN, ISOC, LACNIC, and other national and regional groups. I'm also an ex-ballet and Flamenco dancer, and am very involved in the music and performance scene in Trinidad and Tobago.
