I am the Idea Manager that drives creativity and innovation ideas, overseeing the big picture, orchestrates the overall creativity and innovation processes, coordinates resources and technology needs, move the creativity and innovation processes along from one stage to another, and motivates and directs teams. Within my role, I identify problems that are worthwhile to be solved for internal users and customers and developed solutions that improved the processes and outcomes. Throughout my years in international education, I developed an expertise in various curricula and the integration of Innovations such as an Apple/Windows cross-platform learning environment, MakerSpaces, MultiMedia rooms and Recording Studios related to a STEAM approach, a 1-to-1 learning programme with iPads, MacBooks and Chromebooks, ePortfolio's, robotics and coding in the classroom, and game-based learning. With a clear focus on the teaching and learning processes and the development of key skills amongst all learners, I effectively coach and train students, faculty members and stakeholders. I am an Apple Distinguished Educator and Certified Apple Foundations Trainer, Google Certified Innovator, and Google Certified Trainer, Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator and Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer, Common Sense Certified Educator and Ambassador, Certified Hapara Champion Educator and Lego Education Certified Trainer with 22 years of working experience in various international environments.
