Jennifer Miller-Ray, PhD. is a cognitive scientist and learning technology expert specializing in STEM literacy, makerspace, instructional design, and pedagogy. Currently , she serves as an assistant professor in reading and educational technology in the College of Education at Sul Ross State University. he has designed literacy and makerspace events for NASA launch parties held at the Kennedy space center, STEM camps at various museums to include the Perot Museum, and teacher professional development STEM literacy programs.
