Doina Oncel is the Founder and CEO of hEr VOLUTION, an award winning non-profit organization assisting young women from diverse backgrounds with access to STEM based education and employment opportunities in Canada. Doina was recently nominated for the Premier’s Award and named a Role Model for Canadians by Barbie’s “You can be anything campaign” to help celebrate today’s career woman and to inspire young women everywhere to pursue careers of their choice. Additionally. Doina was named a Trailblazer by Women in IP of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada for the work done so far to create opportunities for the next generation to enter STEM fields.
