My background is eclectic. I began life as an engineer, obtaining 3 degrees including a PhD in Mechanical Engineering before teaching Aerospace Engineering at RMIT University for 5 years. It was during this time I became interested in educational pedagogy and I forwarded the redesigned of the Aerospace Engineering degree to meet the needs of the 21st century. I have spent time in the USA involved in micro-satellite student programs and corporate leaders programs at Arizona State University. I have also volunteered and led transformational educational programs at Landmark Education for 10 years impacting the lives of thousands of communities around the world. Currently, I lead a group of highly trained educators that provides leading-edge learning and training for teachers, schools, businesses and young people. We seek out the educational leaders who have practical and real experience as educators to provide approaches, processes and thinking that inspires and ignites learning for people.
