Do Constructive Classrooms use Technology?

Adopting a constructivist approach to pedagogy is perhaps one of the most important, but often forgotten, things in the classroom. Creating a classroom of exploration, creation and self-initiated inquiries should be our goal. How far do you think technology supports this goal? Is technology just another add-on for teachers or does it truly help in the creation of an inquiry-based classroom?
