      Hi Shinili

Taking a class trip is always a scare. Make sure you have sufficient adult ratio for your class. Asign the children, at least 4 per group of adults. The adult is responsible for each of the four students, they must do everything together including bathroom breaks. If it is a big class of about 25-20 students you can split them up by 5. make sure you communicate with the staff or adults throughout the visit and control their head counts and peer up the studens to watch over each other. They must know were their partners are at all times.
Don't forget to go over rules with your class. Example: No talking to stranger. Stay in your groups. No pushing. Things like that.
      Good luck
