I spent a number of years as a formal classroom teacher, and found it not to be how I wanted to work. I homeschooled my own children and facilitated a number of homeschool groups and families in their homeschool journey. I now work in an informal education center that provides hands on science experiences for public school students, as well as weekend family science opportunities, and homeschool science labs.
