Good question re how do you link the Ning's. Sounds a bit Dr Seussish...
I suggest the best way is to feed the RSS for eqach Ning through your aggregator. Are you using bloglines? or something else? That way you can keep in touch with all new postings to each Ning without having to actually open them each time.
