    Linda Keane, AIA, is an artist, architect and academic passionately active in greening public imagination. She combines an architectural practice with animation, publications and workshops collaborating with diverse practices on envisioning projects that transform learning experiences. Professor of Architecture and Environmental Design at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago she works on ecological urbanism studios while teaching Eco Design, Design Advocacy and critical journalism. Co-founder of STUDIO 1032 with partner, Mark Keane, she contributes to sustainable initiatives along the Milwaukee- Chicago corridor. A PBS Emmy (Chicago) for animation, the first CDROM on ARCHITECTURE an INTERACTIVE INTRODUCTION for the public, and recently the co creation of NEXT.cc eLearning DESIGNOPEDIA has been supported in part and recognized by The Art Institute of Chicago, American Institute of Architects, American Architectural Foundation, Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture, Graham Foundation for Advancement in Architecture and Fine Arts, National Endowment for Council the Arts, National Environmental Education Foundation, PBS Chicago, United States Green Building and Union of International Architects. A dynamic and engaging speaker, she leads creativity workshops with administrators, teachers and community organizations.
