For the past 20 years my career has spanned a wide range of senior education development, delivery and marketing roles focused on providing professional learning support to educators and trainers in the use of flexible online learning methods and strategies. These roles include project management and design of print and online learning resources, the development of online learning communities and the organisation of national conferences and international study tours. My experience also includes the development of functional specifications for learning management systems and web services, training needs analysis and procurement and evaluation of learning programs and resources for national and international clients. My goals are to apply this experience in supporting and encouraging the exploration, sharing and application of new technologies in education and training. Specialties: Development of courses and online learning resources using Moodle, curation of online content, application and promotion of new technologies in education and training. Research interests: My research interests are in mapping sustainable diffusion of eLearning innovations in Higher Education.
