I received my teaching California teaching credential in 2010. I am working in long term substitute assignments and subbing in a variety of school districts in my area (northern California). Substituting has given me exposure to a wide range of teaching environments and styles that I would not have seen if I had taken a job immediately out of school. I have appreciated this unique opportunity!
