I am a change agent. In my current job at Chatsworth International School in Singapore I am working with teachers to enable them to give students the creative freedom they require to take charge of their own learning. In my 20 years as a professional creative I learnt many things, but foremost among them was the ability to collaborate to make the whole greater than the sum of its parts. Once students become energised creators it is easy to get them to collaborate and start to dream big. As learning facilitators, it is our job to make sure that as little gets in the way as possible, including ourselves!
