More About Me
We all know that time is one of the greatest limiting factors when it comes to surviving and thriving as a the facilitator of a classroom. Unfortunately, the public school teaching profession loses 50% of it's teachers after just three years in practice. I believe bringing educators together online can help mitigate the extreme , often isolating challenges, presented by time and distance. Right now I am working to help design and implement an online blended teacher and instructional coaching model and platform for novice math and science teachers call STEM TIPS. Our goal is to increase student retention and give school districts and teacher prep programs the online tools and strategies they need to support the existing hard work they already do.
