    Publicity Officer

Subject(s) I Teach or Learning Interest Area

I teach Esperanto to children and adults. I also teach English as a foreign language for people of other countries who are settling in Australia.

    Personal Interests and Passions

That children throughout the world have the right to education and that they have the chance to communicate with other people to gain insights about them, understand their situations and make friends with them. Esperanto can give them this chance and help them with other fields of learning so this is my interest and passion.

    More About Me

I travelled to 9 countries in Europe during 3 months where I stayed with 19 Esperanto families and found how easy it is to make friends when speaking Esperanto in other lands. I taught both English and Esperanto in Japan for 3 years and found how unfair it is to expect them to spend at least 10 years learning someone else's language in time and money and they still do not feel equal in the language. I saw they can learn Esperanto in only one or two years and they feel equal in it with all other Esperantists from when they start learning it. I feel Esperanto could help to lead to world understanding and peace.
